This may sound like a childish activity, but it's actually a very healthy thing for an adult to do. Bouncing around improves your core body muscles, which include stomach and back muscles. When these back muscles are strong, you'll naturally have an easier time sitting up and standing up straight. You should be able to see the results of your constant bouncing in about one to two weeks.

The ergo chair will also improve your circulation. Constantly moving around on the ball forces blood to pump through your body, therefore improving your circulation.

The ergo chair is also compatible to nearly any desk. Some desk chairs won't fit under short or tall desks because they don't adjust. This chair adjusts to virtually any desk height. The ergo chair is a great way to combine deskwork and your daily workout.
